UK SHIPPING

Standard delivery £3.95 within 2-3 business days

We aim to process orders within 5 working days, in some cases this could take up to 7 working days depending on the busier times of the year.

We use Royal Mail for most of our orders. On the odd occasion we might use another courier. If you have been supplied with a tracking number, please visit the relevant couriers website to track your order.

If you have not received your parcel within 14 days of receiving your order email, please do get in touch via email - info@dewoflondon.co.uk and we will investigate the issue further for you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently we are only shipping to Singapore (£12.00), Australia (£15.00) and UAE (£20.00).

International orders will be sent by Royal Mail or DHL up to 7-14 business days.

Taxes and Duties: Please note that you will not pay UK VAT on your purchases when you place your order. International Orders may incur local sales taxes and customs duties on arrival which you will need to pay.

Note delivery may be delayed due to situations beyond our control, for example adverse weather conditions or increase in demand.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

We hope that you enjoy your product as much as we do, however if you need to return the item for any reason, please contact us at info@dewoflondon.co.uk and we'll be happy to help you. We always ensure that every package is properly protected for shipping, but we do understand that sometimes damage may occur whilst being transported. We will always replace or refund products that are damaged during its delivery, as long as photographic proof is sent to us within 5 days of the delivery.

We unfortunately cannot refund or replace products that have been opened or used. We do not accept partial returns or selective refund requests. Refunds are only considered if the entire order is retuned unopened, unused and in original condition.

We do not offer returns for international orders.

If your package arrives damaged you may return your unused products for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at info@dewoflondon.co.uk for further details. If you need your order urgently please let us know and we will try our very best to fulfil this. We would also encourage you to use our express delivery option at the checkout if this is the case.
